I’m so excited you’ve found me here!
And above all, congratulations on making
important steps toward creating change in your life!

My name is Rachel Levinson (she, her, hers) and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT #114473), and am the founder of Aloha Spirit Therapy. I spent much of my formative years on Oahu and continue to visit often due to having family who lives on the island. Therapeutic Approach

I believe in building a therapeutic relationship that is authentic, safe, and nurturing. I work collaboratively with clients, providing guidance and insight based on both my education and experience, while trusting my clients to have everything they need within to achieve their mental health goals! I’m passionate about diversity, culture, and the experiences that shape my clients’ life story, and thus meet my clients with openness, curiosity, and warmth.

Together, we work our way through your unique story, finding themes and patterns, processing old wounds that continue to emerge, develop and practice new skills, and connect with the most authentic version of who you are. I offer integrative therapy practices in order to support individual needs while we explore your past, present, and future, listening to the desires of your mind, body, and spirit.

Life Outside of the Office:

When I’m not working with clients, on the business, or continued education, I have a plethora of activities I enjoy and make me feel alive! Most of my time is spent with friends, family, my partner, our daughter, and our two corgis. One of my absolute favorite activities is taking our corgis to the beach so they can swim, run, and chase one another while I can enjoy a beautiful beach day. I love staying active by running, roller skating, going to hot yoga, hiking, and taking long walks. I’m creative and enjoy painting, drawing, singing, as well as supporting the arts by going to stand up comedy shows, watching musical theater, seeing live bands, and visiting art galleries.
